KEYS
Details of key collection will be emailed once the booking is fully confirmed.

 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

On the day of arrival the house will be available from 3PM and on the day of departure we ask that you to vacate the house by 10AM. This allows us to thoroughly clean the property before the arrival of the next guests.

 

BEDDING & TOWELS
Will be provided for all guests with the exception of cots, we ask that you bring your own bedding for infants staying in the cots.

 

INFANT EQUIPMENT
Please let us know at the time of booking if you require the travel cot or high chair and we will ensure they are setup for your arrival.

 

PARKING
Plenty of off road parking is available.

 

ACCESS
The new houses have been built to conform with current building regulations to make them accessible. However we would be more than happy to discuss further by phone or email the layout and facilities of the house to help make your decision on suitability before booking.

 

PETS
We do not allow pets except guide dogs.
